    Starting January 15, DAIA Zurich (Kirche auf der Egg) transforms into an urban jungle oasis every other Wednesday evening. Surrounded by stunning projections and the rhythmic sounds of the rainforest, you’ll enjoy a dynamic yoga session that leaves you recharged and refreshed.

    Led by Sarah Malär from Yoga & Trapeze Zurich, an experienced teacher with over 650 hours of training and global teaching experience, this powerful Vinyasa Flow invites you to move mindfully and breathe with intention. Her dynamic and clear teaching style is accessible to all levels, offering you a chance to disconnect, leave your daily routine behind, and find your balance in a truly unique atmosphere.

    Spaces are limited – reserve your mat now and experience yoga in a setting that inspires and elevates your practice.

DAIA Zurich is delighted to offer you 45 minutes of classical music with vocals, perfectly matched to the immersive Genesis light experience. The show depicts the creation of life – an artistic tribute to the beginning of everything. Beautiful animations, perfectly adapted to the architectural features of the walls and ceilings, are accompanied by classical music and vocals, allowing for complete immersion in the art.
